At Generation 128, we are committed to delivering quality products and a positive customer experience. Please review the policy below regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Pre-Orders
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not yet available for immediate shipment and that estimated delivery timelines are subject to change due to production, manufacturing, or shipping factors outside of our control. Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund except in cases of damage or defect. We will communicate updates regarding production and shipping timelines as they become available.
Returns & Refunds
At this time, we do not accept general returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gen128games.com with photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
Generation 128 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched. However, we are happy to assist customers in resolving carrier-related delivery concerns. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
